Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Monitoring and Controlling Processes:
Operate equipment and systems involved in oil/gas separation, water treatment, gas compression, etc.
Monitor process parameters using control systems (e.g., SCADA, DCS).
Routine Inspections and Maintenance:
Perform regular checks on equipment like pumps, valves, separators, and compressors.
Detect and report abnormalities or potential issues.
Start-up and Shutdown Operations:
Assist in the safe start-up or shutdown of production systems and equipment according to standard procedures.
Safety and Environmental Compliance:
Follow strict safety procedures to prevent accidents.
Respond to emergencies like gas leaks or fire incidents.
Ensure operations meet environmental regulations.
Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain accurate logs and reports of daily operations, maintenance activities, and incidents.
Coordination with Other Teams:
Work closely with maintenance teams, engineers, and control room operators.
Communicate issues and operational status effectively during shift handovers.
Training and Emergency Drills:
Participate in regular safety drills and training sessions.
